You are looking at a Native made Jemez miniature pottery piece by artist PC.  This is an Adobe Ceremonial Drum with child laying on top.  Drum could also be worn as a necklace.  Figurine is 1.25", 1" in circumference.  It is nicely detailed and not signed.
