You are looking at a Native Navajo handmade Healing Copper and Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet by Navajo artist Wylie Secatero.  Bracelet is 6.5" around and has 1" opening and is slightly adjustable.  Has native symbols in silver band and has maker's mark on the inside.  Great bracelet!
