You are looking at a Native made Gorgeous Black and White Marble Coyote Fetish made by Zuni/Navajo carver S/M.  Carving is 5" tall, 3.25"  long and 1.25" wide.  This carving features turquoise eyes and embellishments, inlaid Yei Bei kachina and heartline.  This is from a newer carver Shelby.  Great inlay work.  Bottom is signed S/M .   Great opportunity to get a great carving purchased directly from a newer artist.  Really nice chunky table fetish carving.
